Statement of Significance (as of designation - November 7, 1973):
Completed in 1823, this three story stuccoed building reflects innovations by the architect. He omitted dungeons and designed cells for better air circulation.

Condition:
Some repairs are needed to the roof truss sytem and a french drain is needed to help alleviate water concerns.

Work on the french drain should take place this fiscal year.
