Statement of Significance (as of designation - November 7, 1973):
Built about 1806, this small Greek Revival temple with graceful twin stairways and notable wrought-iron railings is a good example of Mills' ability to design a temple-style building that is stately in spite of its modest size.

Condition:
The building appears structurally sound with no apparent issues in the roof or basement. There are some moisture intrusion issues around the windows, which are also being monitored.

There are no changes indicated.
