Statement of Significance (as of designation - July 19, 1964):
A pueblo (c. 1060 AD) of 50 rooms, unusual in that it has a great kiva, a large ceremonial structure more commonly found in Arizona and New Mexico.

Condition:
There are no threats to the landmark at this time.

In 2008, a hazardous fuels reduction project was completed in and around the site in order to reduce the potential risk of damage to the site from wildfire.
