Statement of Significance (as of designation - January 7, 1976):
Constructed in 1914, this simple cubical plan structure is one of the best-preserved of the small banks designed by Louis Sullivan late in his career.

Condition:
The building is generally quite well cared for but does need some maintenance. There is some minor window leakage, the building columns have some surface rust and need re-guilding, and the building also needs some tuck pointing.

There are no changes since the last reporting period.
