Statement of Significance (as of designation - December 19, 1960):
Dedicated in 1874, this is the final resting place of Abraham Lincoln, 16th President of the United States, his wife, and three of their four sons.

Condition:
There are no threats at this time.

A new walkway from the parking lot was added to replace the old walkway. New flashing and roof membrane was replaced to halt the water leaks inside the Tomb.
